Last week we had a visit from three senior staff from Harvard's Graduate School of Education as well as staff from Independent Schools Victoria (ISV), to view the progress on the research project that I am undertaking through the partnership between Harvard and ISV.

  • When I tell people that I am a House leader at Xavier College they think it is either some anachronistic hang over from the English public school system or an obscure Harry Potter reference.

  • Xavier in Concert will be held in the Eldon Hogan Performing Arts Centre on Tuesday 2 September 2014 from 7:30pm featuring the presentation of the Year 12 Music Students.

  • The Brennan Resource Centre and Readings Hawthorn bookshop invite staff, parents and students to a Book Chat; a relaxed and informal conversation about books and reading. 

  • Last week I had the pleasure of working with Year 7 Evans in the development of their Night of the Notables presentations, using the software Prezi

  • It is now just over seventeen months since Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio SJ, the Archbishop of Buenos Aires, was elected as Pope.
